JB-720A/800A/1020A/1050A Full Automatic Stop Cylinder Screen Press

The machine adopts classical stop cylinder technology with the advantages such as: accurate and steady paper locating, high precision printing, high speed, low noise, high degree of automation and so on. It is suitable to ceramic and glass paper printing, electron industry (film switch, flexible circuitry, meter panel, mobile telephone), advertisement, pack printing, brand, textile transfer, special craft etc.
1. Classical stop cylinder technology ensures the front side of printing can be sent to cylinder gripper accurately.
2. The magic eye equipped on the cylinder gripper and pull guide can supervise whether the printing is sent to the correct point.
3. The bottom of convey table with vacuum absorption assembled with the pull and press mechanism ensures printing transported smoothly.
4. Two cams control the movement of squeegee and ink-return blade separately. The squeegee is equipped with pneumatic pressure system so that the definition of printing graphics can be higher and ink layer can be more even.
5. The screen frame rack can be pulled out so that the printing register or feeding adjustment can be easy, the cleaning of cylinder and screen frame can be more safety and faster. The ink holding unit ensures the ink is not dropped on the cylinder.
6. Main transmission and main parts can be lubricated automatically, which can prolong working precision and machine life effectively.
7. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen or button system so that the operating will be easy and automatically.

    Feeder

    The feeder have high ability can adapt different thickness' stock, insure delivery paper smoothly under high speed; self-select single piece or              continue feeding; can adopt double-layer paper pile, improve the mechanism efficiency

    Feed board

    The stainless feed board, avoid the rear of printing substrates to be scratched, at the same time reduce the friction static between the board and        substrate;with vacuum adsorption and used with structure of pulling and pressing substrate which make sure the substrate goes smooth; the              convey belt with speed slow down device which ensure the substrate can in right place stable under high speed.

 

 

        Cylinder and register system
        Cylinder stops step automatically to ensure the forehead of the printing stock can be sent accurately to the gripper of cylinder,which is up to                extreme high precision; at the same time, gripper of cylinder and pull side-lay both have there magic eyes for supervising if the printing stock is          in correct place.

        Squeegee system
        Two cams separately control the movement of squeegee and ink return blade; squeegee with the pneumatically pressure kept device, the                printing graphics is more clearly and the ink layer is more well-proportioned

 

     The screen frame
     The screen frame rack can be pulled out, which is easy for adjusting the register or feeding, as well as cleaning the cylinder and screen frame; at       the same time, it is assembled with device to hold the ink dropped to avoid the ink drops on the cylinder.

      Frame circulate railway
      Imported beeline guide and ball bearing, reduce the shake and noisy when the whole machine is working under high speed, insure the stability          of printing.

      Paper collection table
     The paper collection table can be overturned up to 90°which is in favor of cleaning and adjusting the frame, installing the blade; along with the             vacuum adsorption, insure collection smoothly. Delivery board: can be turned down by 90°, easy to adjust the screen frame, fix blade, clean and         inspect; with vacuum adsorption ensures delivery smoothly. The two wider convey belt which can avoid the belt break the substrate.
