JB-800P/1100P Air-Jet & UV Conveyer Belt Dryer

1. Multi-section free combination design, according to different printing, the user can choose different ink.
2. Three hot air units, one UV unit and one cooling unit.
3. Cycle pipe line makes sure the hot air high active and steady.
4. Cooling unit keep blowing the cold air blast through the high pressure blower, cooling the printing quickly.
5. Frequency control, waterproof convey belt, thermo-stability, rub resistance, radiation hardened insure the machine working life.
6. Automatic tensioning and correcting unit insure the delivery stable and operation easy.
 

Cooling Unit

1. Equiped with flat conveyor dryer or UV machine which is used to cool the pritnig after dryer.
2. Can offer three cooling method, water cooling, air condition and wind cooling.
3. Need connect power independently, with frequency conversion conveyor belt
4. Keep blowing the cold air blast through the high pressure blower, cooling the paper fleetly, so that the thin paper can be deliveryed smoothly.
