1. This equipment is suitable for label printing, instrument panel, name plate, sign plate and so on. Whole line including UV coating unit and IR coating unit.  
2. The printing unit is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC + touch interface, adopts two Mitsubishi CNC servo motor to control printing material running and printing. Also with Japanese color sensor tracking, pneumatic printing plate lock system and anti-drop ink device, to bring more precised printing.
3. Unwinding unit has auto feeding, anti static, dust remove device, film removing and stop machine without material function.
4. Hot air dryer ( 60 meters drying, automatic feeding, compound separation paper function, ion fan, with cold air device, add LED lamps, printing press Stop function, hopper blocking device)

SHM promises that all machines made by us come with services of repair and replacement. Machine warranty is 12 months. We provide free repair services to any failures caused by us within warranty time. However wearing parts are not included.

1.Any quality failure problems happens within guarantee period, we will reply within 4 hours after receiving your request.
2.SHM will provide lifelong maintenance service to all parts and regular maintenance to flatbed die cutters.
